We have a 10 day 100% guarantee on merchandise from the day you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges).
You must email us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise – this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused at the warehouse. We will then provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return your package.
Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights.
All orders returned, for other than damages, will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Baby Clothes and Gifts and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed
EXCEPTIONS:
- Because of the nature of our personalized or made to order products, there are no refunds on personalized clothing, books, CD's and picture frames.
- CD's have certain PC requirements, so please make sure whether our personalized CD's will run on your computer.
- Clothing must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
- Additionally, for health reasons, bath and body products are not returnable.
- There are no exeptions to this policy.
Damages
If all or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us right away to report the damage. Sometimes the freight carriers will want to inspect the damaged box(s) and merchandise, so please keep all packaging material. You may be required to take pictures of the damages, preferably digital, to be sent by email. We are not responsible nor liable for damaged caused during shipping.
